  1. No individual cooking – if you are on a “diet” then eat smaller portions or pick out the food you want to eat from what is provided – all residents and children are to eat as a family at the same scheduled times as everyone else – all three meals
  2. Meals are Breakfast: Cereal, toast or fruit. Lunch: Sandwich with or without bread (with soup in cold weather). Dinner: What the scheduled cook fixes – no exceptions.
  3. If you smoke and have your own cigarettes or vape – give them to the overseer – for cigarettes, she will give you 8 in the mornings – for vapes she will hand them to you at the designated smoke time (keep your vape in a plastic zip lock bag clearly marked with your name. You are ONLY to smoke at designated time – if you smoke any other time your smoking privilege will be taken away.
  4. Keep personal area and belongings neat at all times; clean up after yourself. Drawers and Closets neat and orderly.

There is to be nothing hanging from the bunks.  Making any tent-like structure by hanging blankets off the sides of the bunks is not allowed, towels, handbags, and scarves, belts etc. can be hung in closet or inside your dresser drawer. No pictures, drawings, paperwork, etc on beds, walls or on top of or hung from dressers or any furniture or fixtures – keep your personal belongings inside your bag or inside your drawer – this is a community area so nothing personal is outside your personal area.

Only those belongings in your closet will be packed (we will not search all the house for your stuff).  Belongings will be taken to CBT, not kept at the Ranch.  DO NOT GO BACK TO THE RANCH!
  16. No going into anyone else’s area or personal belongings.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  17. No napping unless you are sick or injured, and then only with overseer’s approval.  STAY OUT OF THE BEDROOMS DURING THE DAY!

  20. Follow all of God’s laws to the best of your ability and model your life after Christ.
  21. God’s Ranch will not pay for doctor’s visits or medication.
  22. We are not a medical facility.  You will only see the doctor on an emergent basis.  You must be able to care for your own personal needs such as bathing and going to the restroom unassisted.
  23. If you require sick call more than once in any given 2 week period, you are too susceptible to illness and we are not qualified to monitor anyone who is that sickly.  You will need to check into some sort of medical facility.
  24. If you have an illness that requires constant monitoring by a physician, you will need to seek a medical facility.
  25. If you require medical care that cannot be obtained under the above guidelines, you will have to leave the program.  Your special needs and our program are not compatible.

WHILE AT CHURCH OR OUTSIDE RELATED ACTIVITIES

  1. No visiting during church services.  A resident may sit with his blood relative or spouse, but all other residents must sit with the group during services.
  2. There will be no leaving services for restroom, water, etc.  This is very disrespectful to the speaker, musicians, and congregation.  You are here to worship the Lord, and be fed the Word of God. Go to the restroom prior to church.

HOME VISITS (only after being in program 90 days with permission)

Home visits are either on the second or fourth weekends of the month.  Home visits are from 12:00 PM on Friday until 3:00 PM Sunday.  Home visits are for family only.  You are to visit at your parent’s, siblings, husbands, etc.  Not to visit your friends. You may be asked to submit to urine or other drug testing upon your return.

  3. If you find yourself in a bad situation while on your home weekend, you have the responsibility to call Ms. Reva or Pastor Ed and ask to be picked up.  Before leaving for home weekend, you must leave the name and phone number of where you will be staying.  When leaving for visit you must have on your person the phone numbers for Ms. Reva 970-7591 and Pastor Ed 677-4791

YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU BREAK ANY ONE OF THESE RULES OR ANY ONE OF THE HOUSE RULES.  REMEMBER DISOBEDIENCE TO THESE RULES IS DISOBEDIENCE TO GOD.   As long as you are in this ministry program, these rules apply to you.  Regardless of where you are or how long you have been a resident of the program!
